Almost stepped on this Viper yesterday. I didn’t pay enough attention and suddenly it was hissing just next to my hiking shoes.
It can camouflage really well and Viper is the only venomous snake in Finland.

In the photo below two Cranes were on a field when I was stepping out of the forest.
Their flight started shortly after this shot (as you can see from the Crane on the left).
Great Spotted Woodpecker
This fellow was running up and down the trunk and at the end it disappeared into one of the holes.
